Reflexology works on reflex points to stimulate the body’s natural flow of energy and break-down crystal deposits which may be painful. Reflexology feels different for everyone, but generally a sense of calm and well-being are felt. Clients experiencing pain and tightness in their feet have reported a “lightness” and greater flexibility.
Meeting the challenges of today’s client is important to me. I provide an affordable, safe, comfortable plan for your footcare needs.

Wow, Colleen is amazing at her job! After being a client for over 5 years,I’ve never left disappointed. I always leave my massage feeling super relaxed and with less pain. A pedicure by Colleen is also done excellently and is great for my tired runner’s feet. Her Salon is always peaceful and clean. I highly recommend going to Colleen for any Spa Treatment!
Colleen has been doing reflexology on my feet for 1 year every 2 weeks. I have noticed a great improvement in my circulation and decrease in swelling. When I first came to Colleen Waddell’s business for much needed help with my feet & legs, I personally thought I might have been beyond help. Boy was I wrong! My legs & feet haven’t felt & looked this good in years! I’m no longer hiding my feet from everyone.
